Deevyesh Desai
Managing Director and CEO
Deevyesh Desai, a Chartered Accountant by qualification has been a career Investment Banker for over 17 years. Prior to starting Malabar Capital Advisors, Deevyesh held senior positions at JM Financial, JM Morgan Stanley and Morgan Stanley where he covered and executed transactions for some of the largest business groups in India. His interactions and association with corporate houses like Tata, Birla, Essar and Reliance have provided the valuable insight, experience and relationships required to make a difference. Mr. Desai also serves on the board of Shriram Wealth Advisors Ltd.
Dhruv Mehta
Director
Mr. Dhruv Mehta, a Chartered Accountant by qualification, has been a career finance professional with MNC and Indian Companies viz. Searle and Savita Oil Technologies. In 2004, he started a successful entrepreneurial career in treasury and private wealth management and currently manages assets of over US$200m for family office clients. He has also participated as a key contributor to Wealth Management Studies conducted over the last 7 years. Mr. Mehta also serves on the board of Shriram Wealth Advisors Ltd. and Shriram Asset Management Company Ltd.
Shravan Randad
Associate
Shravan Randad, a Chartered Accountant by qualification, joined Malabar Capital Advisors in May 2023. Prior to joining Malabar, he was part of the transaction advisory (M&A) team with Deloitte, working across multiple sectors including healthcare, technology, telecommunications, media and renewable energy amongst others. He has 1.5 years of professional experience before which he was involved in audit of various listed entities in his Articleship. He has also cleared his CFA level – 1.
Pushpraj Nadar
Pushpraj is an MBA from IIM Calcutta in Finance in addition to a degree in Electronics Engineering from VJTI. He has over 21 years of experience in the field of Investment Banking and Corporate Finance. He has worked in Mumbai with JM Morgan Stanley dealing with the top rung Indian Corporates advising them on Fund Raising and M&A.
